Maria is one of my favorite podcast guests, so I'm compiling a list of her appearances here for those who are of like mind. If you know of any I've missed feel free to fill them in.
Comedy Death Ray Radio
Episode 5: Maria Bamford plays Republican Senator Richard Martin's (Paul Gilmartin) wife Jazz.

I Love Movies
Jan 09, 2010: Maria appears with Aziz Ansari and auction winner Larry "Shelly" Zerner on Doug Benson's movie podcast. (I believe she was also on some season 1 episodes, which apparently operated on a single-guest format, but you have to pay for those.)

Never Not Funny
Maria appears on episodes 208, 234, 401, and 526, but again, they are only available for pay. (I've listened to the season 2 episodes and they are well worth a dollar each.)

But here's a (free!) live episode featuring Maria as a guest recorded at MaxFunCon:

Twin Cities Tank Podcast
Maria is interviewed by a couple of Minnesotans.

WTF with Marc Maron
Maria appears in Maron's intensely personal podcast on episodes 24 and 148 (live shows) and as a one-on-one road-trip interview on episode 72, which is one of the finest hours of podcasting I've ever heard. Unfortunately only episode 148 is [currently] available for download without a premium membership.

Dork Forest Radio
Maria appeared on several episodes of friend Jackie Kashian's celebration of dorkdom, though she is sometimes lost in the crowd (often there are four or five guests at once) and some episodes that list her in the description do not in fact feature her because she forgot to call in. Her last appearance, on May 18 2010, is a good start.

The Sound of Young America
Comedy's Manic-Depressive Sweetheart meets America's Radio Sweetheart.

And another one, a ten-minute set rather than an interview.

And another stand-up set:

Jordan, Jesse, Go!
Ep. 166: Another podcast under the Maximum Fun umbrella, Maria discusses reality television and more with Jordan and Jesse.

KUSP's Talk of the Bay
Maria is interviewed. Nothing special (except, of course, that the guest is Maria Bamford). Right-click to download directly.

The Business
Recent! Maria, Paul F. Tompkins, and Al Madrigal discuss the difficulties of the stand-up lifestyle. With three of our generation's greatest comic minds in one room I would have infinitely preferred a freestyle conversation rather than a tightly structured 30-minute news piece (losing five to ten minutes to opening banter and the occasional editorial aside), but it's still a good listen.

Weezy and the Swish
I've never listened to this one before but the hosts are entertaining enough. Unfortunately Maria has to leave early but there's a solid hour regardless.

Comedy and Everything Else
Hosted by comedian Jimmy Dore, this is one of the few podcasts I make a point of listening to every week. So it made my day when Maria appeared as a guest.

The Nerdist
Comedian Chris Hardwick's podcast is a wait-and-see listen for me (as in, wait and see who the guest is), but this interview with Maria is fantastic and hilarious. I'd also recommend the Billy West interview (#49).

TBTL
Never listened to the podcast that is "Too Beautiful To Live" prior, but Maria's on it so what more do you want.

Cameron Buchholtz
Young comedian from Somewhere charts his progression in the world of stand up while also sitting down with some of the best in the biz. You may know who is featured on this particular episode.
cameronbuchholtz.blogspot.com/2010/01/episode-twenty-two-maria-bamford-kerri.html
Walking with Michelle
Another comedian's podcast, though this one is infrequently updated, the premise is that Michelle Biloon visits tourist attractions with comedian friends and they record their thoughts in podcast form. In this episode Michelle, Maria, and ubiquitous podcast producer Matt Belknap visit Ripley's Believe It or Not, meet celebrity impersonators, and realize long-held dreams in downtown Los Angeles. (Episode #2)
