I just dug a hole and covered it with leaves and put a Mountain Dew and some beef jerky on it... You are supafine and supafunny!!! My fav comedian, since I was 13 listening to Robin Williams Live at the Met. I named my "band" (it's just me) after something absurd you mentioned in How to WIN! We put out an EP but the playing and production were REALLY terrible (I'm proud of the songwriting), so I'm embarrassed to tell you our name. But were hoping to put out a new album soon and we think it's gonna be 10k times better. Anyway, we're called the 14 quadrants, at www.the14quadrants.com. <3 youz Maria!!! - An adoring fan from Baltimore

Hey, one more post. I just tried to email you via the link on your site, but it got returned. I just expounded only why I chose the name for the band.
I liked the name cause it had this kind of absurd, silly, meaningless thing about it, and I have been working to apply it to a lot of my creative work (I am also a writer/Monday morning philosopher). For instance, my band has 4 characters (quadrants), each a part of me, and my philosophy deals with two "poles", God and Death (I chose to call them poles partially to reference a certain brain disorder I have. Oops, one sec, I need to take my Lamictal :-D), and four quadrants, Heart, Body, Spirit, and Mind.
I've noticed recently my real need for silliness to balance out the seriousness in my work (and life). It's not always pretty. But the nonsensical band name works great at being both silly and serious, in that I use the quadrants seriously, but turn them into a joke.
The ep that's on the site has bad humor in bad taste (Serena), pure philosophy (No, This Is Not "Christian Rock"), ironic but sincere reflection on my search for love (Annie), myself singing and reflecting to a mirror (Singing To The Mirror), using sound waves, frequency, and phase in an analogy for love (Love Is Amplitude), and an instrumental with a title that's not supposed to make sense (I Want To Fall In Love With A Girl Who Likes To Dance Real Fast).
Unfortunately, it doesn't sound all that great.
Anyhoo, I'm gonna post the pic I have from when I met you at a show in VA.
