So I called Maria's story phone and the robot told me it was an invalid number. No more story phone? It's 1:30 a.m. and I just got back from San Francisco and I have no story. Guess I'll have to dream up something interesting only assuming I have an imagination.

What's the phone number or website of the story phone?I could ask Maria herself what's wrong with it.

The link is about 2 1/2 years old so maybe she's all done with story phone. But I wanted to hear a story at midnight then go to bed. Ugh... call it a comedian bed time story. Ok, now I am coming off as creepy. www.mariabamford.com/storyphone.phpHear the latest Dial-A-Story from Maria: 323-960-4481 A local call in L.A. A mere 2 min. long distance call for the rest. yeouch! This means I have to start writing before bed again and making up my own stories and pretending they're funny.
