Let me know if I'm wrong but - I think this is fairly important. I figured (perhaps mistakenly) by purchasing through the 'official' Ms. Bamford store, that Ms. Bamford might make more of a margin on the sale. Regardless, since coming back here on 3 different occasions over the course of a month and seeing the same "store closed" message - and being disappointed three times, I', starting to wonder just how much business is Ms. Bamford losing just because her official web page is not being maintained enough to allow the rudimentary objective of a commerce web domain - sales support.
I heard on the WTF podcast she was thinking about taking a book keeping class. Joke or not - I have my M.S. in Accounting. I would hazard a preemptive warning. You really should tend to the basics before getting fancy. Who it is on your payroll who is so apathetic to your success that having not 1 sale on your own official website isn't already setting off alarm bells for them? You may need to adopt a more hands on "what the f**k do I pay you people for" management style.
It has been a couple months off and on I've been trying to buy something. I think your site does you a disservice. That make hulk angry!
